Customers, at first, bitch about this... but then when you explain the
WHY.. "We're taking a stand to try and reduce the amount of spam crap-mail
you get in your mailbox" ... they're usually VERY understanding..
And if they're not... why are they using a different ISP anyway? isn't 1
enough for most people?
