Is there a feature guide for ordering frame / ISDN / fractional T1 /
channelized T1 / PRI / BRI that spells out what all the features do
and the need for the features, the conditioning parameters etc?
The closest I have seen is a mention of getting a three way call going
between the teleco our hardware vendor and ourselves. I don't want to
have features installed that are not needed.
