To whoever had the problem dealing with the Bay on the frame link, I

Depends on the version of the OS, and Site Manager.  Dealing with the
command line for the Bay's is next to impossible.  You just have to use
Site Manager which is very easy to deal with.  He's probably not using it
and trying to do it via the command line which means dealing directly with
editing MIB objects.. Yuck.
