How to setup routes for a dialout location on PM2 (ComOS 3.5)

Could anyone please tell me how to setup a dialout location the way it
would automatically add some routes after the connection is estableshed.

(The remote end does not support RIP and its IP address can alter from
session to session cause it is a big rotary (modem pool) of an ISP with a
couple of access servers.)
