Ok, if that's true... Is there a version of traceroute I can use from a =
95 or nt machine? I may possibly have access to a unix box, but it =
didn't have a traceroute command on it that I saw. =20

Technically, YES, since Microsoft's alleged traceroute doesn't conform
to the standard for traceroute, and supporting it is therefore a
deviation from standard...=20
