I didn't say wrong, I said different. MS is just being weird and using a
traceroute method that is valid, just not used by anyone else. They're the
only vendor I know of doing it. We never implemented it in our boxes
because there was never a need for it.
Since we consider it a minor issue, it will be fixed in time as routine
work is done on the code.
