Lots of PM3 Problems

I'm having a very bad day over here. I'm running three PM3's with ComOS 3.5.1b13
and am seeing some massive disconnect problems. It seems almost all my users are
having to reconnect three to four times before getting a stable connection. They
are constantly getting bumped and are getty very annoyed. This definately is NOT an
isolated incident related to a particular platform or modem, it IS something in the
PM3. I've been talking to some local guys at US West's CO here, and they're seeing
a large number of errors with the Wink Back on a few specific ports. It's like the
PM3 isn't recognizing that the lines are open, and are dropping the connections.
I'm going to downgrade to 3.5.1b8 and see if that helps. I've tried b16, b13 and
b11 with the same results. I've got some very angry customers and could use some
advice on this matter. I appreciate any help...

On a side note: Is there any way to busy out the modems in the PM3 locally, without
US West involvement?

Thanks in advance
