I was just diggin' around and found the wall mount brackets off of a an old
8 port hub.

Took the back feet off and replaced them with the two brackets from the hub
and shazam wall mountable. Probably would cost $0.10. Unless you worked
for the Government. Then I could see a catalog price of $25.95.

Anyway it looks like the HP AdvanceStack 8 Port wall mount kit would work.
Have to check on the OEM price for that kit if it's available.

I left a little piece of duct tape on the box for old times sake.
