17 Users w/10 Days Idle on a PM3

Anybody seen anything like this?

I have a cron job that runs every 20 minutes, that runs pmwho and pipes it
to a perl program and mails the results. The other night, it sent back a
report that 17 users had been idle for 10 days. My first thought was that
the perl program had freaked out, but I don't think that now, because
within 1 to 2 seconds looking back at the syslog, everyone of them were
disconnected.

We have been getting more and more reports of people getting disconnected,
most of them have no problem getting a connection, just keeping it is
starting to be the problem...

I haven't seen any more of the 10 day idle times, but 2 of the
Portmasters, decided to reboot spontaneously the other day, within 20
minutes of each other. One is at a remote pop, so I don't think, it was
some mystical signal sent from the phone company, because another PM3
chugged right along with nary a peep.

We are running all PM3s for dialup, PRI(23B+D) and ComOS 3.5c6.. So the
disconnect problems that I keep reading about are not necessarily linked
to the Channelized T1. Anybody with PRIs having problems, or is it just
us?
