|YES;

|I quoted right off the brochure. I called the sales rep and he is supposed to get this for me on an official USR letter head.

|Flash upgradable to Rockwell K56Flex? (did they actually say 56kflex?
|that's not it).
|
|<CLUELESS ALERT ON>
|
|Those idiots! :)
|
|They must mean flash upgradable to the eventual ITU standard..
|
|Rockwell was K56Plus, Lucent was V.Flex2 but now together they are both
|producing the joint K56Flex.
|
|USR can't put K56Flex on their boxes along with X2 due to liensing.. to
|combat USR's stuck up licensing .. or lack thereof - they won't give
|anyone server side X2 code.
|
|</CLUELESS ALERT>
Before you burst a blood vessel, settle down. USR is in negotiations
for licensing of K56flex. X2 is proprietary, they do _not_ have to
give it to anyone. This is a sortof free country still.
