wow, I'm impressed!

You mean with the NON-V.34+ it was faster?!?! I can hardly wait for the
full-duplex v.34+ code now!

Hmm, actually, it'd be interesting to see USR sending the unit back and
having it tested by an independent agency that knows how to use a PM3 (any
run of the mill ISP actually) ... it's too strange to see that it fails at
18 FTP connections...and hmmm, did they have only 1 10 and 1 8 modem card
installed... ;)
