Supra's Motorola's, etc with 56K code try to get 56K, but the current DSPs
in PM3s will not negotiate... the solution is to lock the consumers modems
to 33.6Kbps until the Lucent DSP replacements are released... hopefully
next month..

Basically, the PM3's don't do 56K anything... ;) as of yet... but wait
