Livingston does !!!NOT!!! support v.FC so this 'senior tech' person is
lying out of his ass! Gosh, this is grounds for libel or some similar
tort action...

I would think that you just need an appropriate init string...
list the _exact_ model number and perhaps the UPC code... ;) check out
www.usr.com for the different types of win95 .inf files that are necessary
to properly support sportsters and winmodems... in their defense, couriers
are VERY nice...
