login network dialin howto?

We have been doing PPP network connections quite successfully using
RADIUS for a number of years with all ports set for network dialin. To
accomodate UUCP customers moved from another system we changed the ports
to login/network dialin. PPP customers also have mail accounts on the
default host using the same username and password.

Now our Windows 95 customers using post dialer login windows are having
problems until they change to automatic login.

Unfortunately, it looks like the default host is being consulted before
RADIUS (per documentation) and the only reason that W95 works in
automatic is that the CHAP/PAP authentication precedes the host query
(also per documentation).

What is the simple way to accomodate both?
