It is a tariff issue ... I had to get US-WEST to make a special tariff
for me to do hunting on BRI once I exceed the limit of regular call
forwarding (6 dn's, or 3 BRI's) ... took them about a hundred days to
process the order. Now I have PRI from ICG... bye bye US-WEST.
