PM3 Problems

We're having problems with a PM3 we're installing in a new POP. We took
it to our office set it and our router up, tested what we could, (Bell
Atlantic has our PRI screwed up) and left. When I got home I opened up
PMConsole 3.5.1.4 and tried to upgrade to ComOS 3.5c6 and I got some
message about unable to download. It totally locked my system up and since
I saw that no data was flowing for about 15 minutes I rebooted. I now
cannot ping the PM or connect to it with PMConsole. What has happened? Do I
need to drive down to our other office and netboot it? Why wouldn't it upgrade?
