I am experiencing a problem with idle timeouts and users ftp'ing. It
seems as if when some users are ftp'ing and doing nothing the portmaster
does not detect this as activity and disconnects the user after the
specified timeout period (20 mins). This does not happen with all of my
customers, just a few. We use multitech mt2834mr's and microcom isporte
modems. Any suggestions on what the problem might be and/or how to
correct it? Thanks.
