This is probably a win 95 idle timeout. Win95 uses keystrokes and mouse
movements to reset the idle timer on the customers machine. Just have
them turn it off and the problem goes away. Or you can have them play
solitare when they are downloading <g>.

To be certain check the radius logs for disconnect reason. If the pm did
it to them it will show idle timeout. If they asked to be disconnected it
will show user request.
