Music to my ears! ... er, to my eyes, I guess. Funny how people who
have access to ISDN are so quick to forget that probably a majority of
Internet users do not. Suburbs? Too far from a CO. Rural or small
town? The telco probably has no plans to offer ISDN.
Although I have one PRI-provisioned POP and a second being
established, I estimate that 2/3 of my users are out of ISDN range one
way or another. At two of my POPs I can't even get B8ZS data lines.
Ask about ISDN and you become the day's amusement at the telco's
office.
What we do have is high grade analog. 33.6 connections to my Couriers
are commonplace.
