Zoom Modem & PM3

Dear Fellow PM3 users,

A customer of ours is using an internal model 2805 V.34I PLUS Zoom modem.
When he connects to the PM3 his response time is unbelievably slow!!
Is there a specific modem string any one is aware of for Zoom modems in
particualr this model ?
