Can I ask why ISDN? ISDN is not designed for 24x7 service, AND frame relay
is.

Also, once they get a frame connection to the cloud, they can continue to
sell more PVC's without incurring anymore equipment costs.Let's see you do
that with ISDN!! :-)

For the record, I am INCREDIBLY biased towards frame relay.
