I dunno. I've had GTE techs working on my ISDN line @ 3 a.m. before.

Then again, maybe having a copy of the "GTE Worldwide Management Directory"
and saying "Hey, you're in repair in what city? Isn't your boss So-and-so?
Isn't their direct number xxx-xxx-xxxx?"

Works wonders, lemme tell ya.
