BTW, I fixed the problem with errors on my line0/line1 by downgrading to
ComOS 3.5.1b8 from the 3.5.1b11 I had laying around and was playing with.
Now each port only has one yellow error (which must have been sent because
it was being rebooted as Kyle Platts said -thanks).
