Sheesh.

I opened a trouble ticket today, I have to wait till monday (!!!) for a
call back.

So, let me try here.

line0 = Frame Relay to Bell Atl (works, we had it working yesterday)

Line1 = PRI, works fine.

(W0) LMI: Sending Full Status Enquiry - Sequence 2
(W0) LMI: Received Full Status - Sequence 1

(W0) LMI: Received Full Status - Sequence 1
dsct_stats (1): RIR1 <Recv Full>
(W0) LMI: Sending Full Status Enquiry - Sequence 2
(W0) LMI: Received Full Status - Sequence 1
dsct_stats (1): RIR1 <Recv Full>

Why the same LMI back and forth? And, even though I have the LMI set to
two seconds, there is almost a 10 second delay. 3.5c6
