Livingston RADIUS NT "cannot initialize DAO/Jet db engine"

That's the error message I am getting when I try and start the Livingston
Radius NT service.

Strange thing is it was working until we rebooted once, and then we got
these errors. I've uninstalled DAO and RADIUS NT, and then reinstalled, but
I still get the same error. I searched Usenet, found some info in the MS
Knowledge Base that mentioned Access, and how to remove DAO by hand and
reregister the DLL, but that didn't work either. I sent mail to Livingston
support, but that was late last night, so now I'm calling on the list.

Anyone see the same problem?
