G'Day Scott,

don't worry, the isdn-l1 debug is only on the PM2.

I've pulled out the relevant isdn-d debug and put it through my ISDN
debugger (at <http://203.15.95.24:81/pm/isdnd.html>). It looks like there
is something weird going on. There is never any Release message, it seems
to just time out (although the isdn-max doesn't show any timeouts). The PM3
also does not like the Progress Indicator Element returned from the
network. This could also have a lot to do with it.

My recommendations would be:

1. Please let me know was this debug trace done with an ISDN call or analog
call ? Is the number called ISDN or analog ?
2. Check with your telco that your PRI's have dial out enabled.
3. Check your switch type with the telco, ensure it hasn't changed on the PM=
