So what? Livingston is one of the few company's in the router/nas
business to even have decent free support. Livingston is only company I
know to offer free software upgrades. To get new modem code for a Cisco
5200, you need to have a support contract, or you need to buy it!

I think they've heard about it already. I'm surprised that you haven't
heard about all the ways to deal with the problems.

From your previous mail, you said you were only getting a couple of
calls. Second of all, you didn't try any of the common solutions.
