LMI provides dynamic learning of DLCI's
Inverse ARP provides learning of IP address at the far
end of each PVC.
Having an active DLCI does NOT mean that you neccessarily
have a complete PVC end to end, henceforth the original poster
with the DLCI with 0.0.0.0 as the address. Sorry, it's been a long
