If you're running 3.8 or later you can do this from PMVision. Logs to a file,
even provides a filter if you only want some stuff not everything.

Subject: (PM) mdp-max debugging

How would you go about logging debugging information to a remote server?
I get a lot of information when I do this...

set console
set debug mdp-max on

but of course, it only goes to the screen. I've got syslog set up properly
on a remote loghost, but can't get the mdp-max debug info to log there.
Any ideas?
