Long story so hang with me. We have a signup number that we use for new
accounts to call and download a file to configure their software. This is
an 800 number. We currently have it setup in radius to disconnect the
account (guest) after 5 minutes. The problem we are now running into is
some customers have found out what the number is and use it to dial up with
all the time with their user name and password instead of the guest account.
Needless to say this makes for a rather large phone bill.
What I need to know is there a way either through radius or on the PM's
themselves to configure it to kick anyone coming in on that number off after
5 minutes of connect time?
