Re: (PM) syslog changes, require reboot?

On our PM4, 'reset nXXX' on the syslog service's handle doesn't
(well, didn't - this was on ComOS4.0 - we've since upgraded)
change the log host, even though this was the method discribed
in the docs we had... Unfortunatly, we did have to reboot the PM4
for it to take effect.
