(PM) PM2e + bri card : ports going into NO SERVICE

I seem to remember someone posted some info on a special build that would
solve this problem.

We have a pm2e with a 5 port bri card in it. The ports are going into NO
SERVICE after a few days and only a reset of the D channel fixes it.
