You can't do this unless you setup 56k data over voice, or voice bearer
service or DOVBS or speech or whatever you want to call it... You DON'T
have an ISDN line. You have channelized T1. You only have 56k DS0 channels.
You also do not have any ISDN signaling. Your configuration should look
something like this on the 1600:

map-class dialer dovbs
dialer voice-call
dialer isdn speed 56

interface BRI0
ip unnumbered Ethernet0
no ip directed-broadcast
encapsulation ppp
dialer idle-timeout 60
dialer map ip 192.168.1.50 class dovbs speed 56 5551234
dialer-group 1
