Depends on how you are attaching to the port and how it is configured. If
you are doing it form the command prompt you telnet to the standard port
(23) and then log in and attach to a S port. If you are offering outbound
service to users then you need to tell the PortMaster what port to use when
you configure the port.

Java Tools they use the PMCOnsole port (1643)
