We are doing it with customers with a variety of different stuff in those
areas where PRI is not available, but BRI is. We have OR-U's, Cisco 160x,
Cisco 70x (I think it was) and USR Sportster 128s.

There isn't really anything special you have to do on your end. Make sure
that the customer is set to dial DOV, DOSBS, speech or whatever they call
it. I am not sure if ESF/B8ZS is required on your end, but it seems to me
that it is, based on some tests I did dialing between PM3's. It's kinda
hard for me to say, because in those areas where BRI is available they also
provision CT1 as ESF/B8ZS. In those where BRI is not available they seem
to want D4/AMI on CT1. Anyway, I have never been able to dial between
a PM3 on PRI and a PM3 on D4/AMI CT1 using DOSBS. The call shows completed
but no data ever passes.
