(PM) Protocol and Compression???

I have a user with a USR V.90 modem. When he connects PMVision shows
protocol of direct and compression none. All other users show LAPM and
V42BIS. I have checked everything in DUN, Modem Properties and NETWORK
control panel. All is correct. Does anyone have any ideas.
