(PM) Lan On Demand traffic

I am relatively new at configuring access servers. I have a client
that currently dials my PM 3 on demand. I need to configure the PM 3 to
dial his pipeline 75 when I get traffic for his mail server. Could I
get a quick router config class that may enlightlen me on the steps I
need to take to do this.
