Hello Patrick.
Sounds like a network problem to me.
This normally happens if you have two devices on your network with the same
IP address.
It can also happen if you swapped out the PM3, so you still only have one
device on your network, but the MAC address has changed.
Most CISCO boxes take 4 hours (default) to idle out its ARP table.
I would remove the PM3 from your network, and try a few pings.
Also, if you have some Cisco routers, do clear arp-cache on them
Check that you cannot ping the PM3s IP address, then plug it in again.
