(PM) Modem code in ComOS 4.03

We just purchased a PM-4 -- I'm curious, is the modem code on 4.03 the
same as the modem code in 3.8.2, that in 3.8, or neither of the above?
This will affect whether or not we roll out 3.8.2 on our PM-3.s
