(PM) RT328 Problems

Anyone know why when my pm3 dials out to a client's rt328 it only gets 1
b-channel up?

I've talked to Livingston and they can't remember what it is in the
NetGear, but they have seen this before.

I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF NETGEAR SUPPORT!
