8) okay, it may not be so simple... Michael's reverse DNS may be correct,
but it might not be authoritative.
Michael, verify that you are listed as the authoritative by
whois -h whois.arin.net xxx.yyy.zzz
if you don't show up buy your upstream does then this is most likely the
problem..
BTW, are you using an ARIN set of IP address?
