By chance are you running MCPPP across multiple PMs and is this one near the
front of the hunt group? They only way I could think this could happen is
that if the first channel gets it's address from PM #1 and the slave channel
comes in on PM #2 because PM #1 is full. The User then hangs up Channel #1
on PM #1 but leaves Channel #2 up. Now the Second Channel on PM#2 is using
one of PM #1 address. Another use now comes in on PM #1 on the only free
channel but the IP address is still in use by a V port.
I think that is possible. I've not tested it but I think it could happen.
