(PM) Cisco 804 config examples

I am setting a client up with a Cisco 804 dialing into a CT1 provisioned PM3
(which is known to be able to take 56k DOVBS fine based on other users).
The client wants to have an always-up (full time), multilink connection, and
they have an assigned address block (NAT is disabled). Everything looks
good to me, but the client says the link is not staying up for them, and I
would like to be able to rule out the setup on the 804 and have them look at
the insides of their LAN (they have an NT proxy server) as the next
troubleshoting step.

Does anyone have a known-good 804 IOS config script for this scenario that
they could share with me (and/or the list)? Actually I would like to see
known-good configs for both dial-on-demand and always-up for an 804 as I
expect we will see of lot of them over the next few months.
