Hello Livingston Gurus,

We are experiencing a memory leak with one of our PM2s.
This is not affecting any of our other 5 PM2s.

I did search through the archives and saw that others have reported a
memory leak when ISDN lines go "NO-SERVICE". I haven't been watching
this PM2 very closely, but I have not seen any of the ISDN lines go
"NO-SERVICE" lately.

2 weeks ago this unit had 108 bytes available, users could not log in.
Rebooted, now after 14 days, we are down to 10,236 available. (This
unit is mainly for contingency purposes, so it has very low
utilization).

This unit is running ComOS 3.7.2:
Livingston PortMaster PM-2e ComOS 3.7.2
System uptime is 14 days 5 hours 28 minutes

Here's a sho mem:
System memory 1048576 bytes - 1038340 used, 10236 available
2832:1 4240:3 96:1 1152:2 640:2 144:0 2048:1 64:0 112:0 80:2 176:8
128:13 272:4
16:88 32:15 160:3 48:8
System nbufs 1400 - 243 used, 1157 available

(I know, we really should upgrade to 4MB :-))

Is there a fix for the memory leak?
If not, what have others done to work around this problem?
-- Just schedule reboots of the PM2?
-- Monitor ISDN lines? Alert if they go NO-SERVICE?

Thank you for your help,
Mark Embrich
