You would want to switch Calling- with Called- else you would have to put
in an entry from every possible phone number they call from :)

Yes, the calling number or "No-Call-Id" if none is present is placed in the
User-Name AVP. In most installs I've done so far we've used the
Called-Station-Id and a default entry and setup L2TP tunnels based on the
phone number called.
