(PM) PM3 line stuck in V.34 (thanks Lucent)

In working with Lucent tech support they turned one of my PRI lines into a
V.34 only line. Apparently, this sticks across reboots! Anyone know:

1. How to turn it off now without a reboot
2. How to turn it off so it isn't there when I reboot?
