I can confirm this (bug?) on domestic PM3s... running 3.8.2. We do zero
ISDN, and no DOVBS (or whatever the acronym is), all on CT1. This isn't a
scripting/sql issue either, my tech staff and myself have all seen these
on the PM3s from time to time. But I do not recall ever doing a "sh mod"
to see if the carrier speed showed up as something different than the
58000 value on 'sh ses'.
