(PM) Thunderlink Disconnects

I have a user that has a ThunderLink, V1456VQH, 56K Fax/Data modem. He
connects at 49,333. But the connection drop after 5 to 15 min. Has
anyone had any problems with this type of modem. Or any ideas on making
this thing stay connected.
