Does the RADIUS user profile include a Port-Limit of 1? If so you need to
set it to 2. Also what version of COmOS are you using? Is this router a
ISDN or Analog router? Have you tried a PPP debug when the connection is
happening to see if it is failing the PPP negation? If you are running
ComOS 3.8 or above you can use the new JAVA tools to help diagnose it.
