I have:

DEFAULT1 Service-Type=Call-Check, Calling-Station-Id="9735866572"
Service-Type = Login-User,
Login-Service = Telnet,
Login-IP-Host = 209.123.12.4

DEFAULT5 Service-Type=Call-Check

This doesn't seem to work.

Does it need attributes?
